Role Overview
We are growing our BIM team and looking for a skilled MEP BIM Coordinator to manage federated models, coordinate clashes, and produce construction-grade deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Revit MEP models to LOD 300–400
- Run clash detection in Navisworks and issue CRs to discipline leads
- Produce coordinated shop drawings and spool drawings from models
- Manage the CDE (Common Data Environment) in Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Produce BIM Execution Plans and chair coordination meetings
Requirements
- 4+ years of Revit MEP and Navisworks experience
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- BIM Level 2 / ISO 19650 understanding preferred
- UAE driving licence preferred
