Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive HSE Officer to embed a zero-harm safety culture across our MEP construction sites for the FIFA 2030 infrastructure programme in Doha, Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and hazard identifications
- Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions, and permit-to-work training
- Investigate near-misses and incidents and produce RCA reports
- Maintain HSE documentation: risk assessments, method statements, COSHH
- Liaise with client HSE representatives and government authorities
Requirements
- NEBOSH International Certificate (or equivalent)
- 5+ years HSE experience in MEP or construction
- Qatar experience preferred
- IOSH membership a plus
