Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior MEP Engineer to join our Dubai design team. You will lead a team of engineers on complex commercial projects and ensure delivery to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full MEP design from concept to completion for projects valued AED 50M+
- Review and approve design documents, shop drawings, and technical submissions
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Civil Defence and local authority regulations
- Attend client and authority meetings as technical lead
Requirements
- 12+ years of MEP engineering experience, at least 5 years in the UAE
- B.Sc in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Chartered Engineer status (MIMechE, MIET, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and IES-VE / Hevacomp
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, CIBSE, and DCD codes
