Role Overview
DynamiteMEP is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to take ownership of MEP project delivery across our UAE portfolio. You will manage scope, programme, budget, and quality on projects from AED 10M to AED 200M+.
Key Responsibilities
- Full P&L responsibility for assigned projects
- Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance
- Lead weekly progress meetings with clients and consultants
- Maintain project programmes and mitigate risks
- Ensure zero-LTI safety performance
- Prepare monthly cost reports and forecasts
Requirements
- 10+ years in MEP contracting, at least 3 as Project Manager
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record delivering projects in the UAE
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
